Locally Sourced

LCJ Caterers, always source our ingredients locally . All our meat is supplied by a local butcher (only 6.5 miles from us). Our rolls are baked only 2 miles from us, and our veg is also local.

Allergies & Intolerances

LCJ Caterers, always supply a small amount of Gluten free options (rolls & stuffing), although if you know you have a high number of gluten intolerant people (or people with other allergies) attending your event, then please let us know when booking so that we can supply a more appropriate quantity.
